Frequently Asked Questions.

Here are some of the most common questions we get from our investors about our company and what to know before you invest.

  • Each project and offering varies but generally speaking the minimum investment is $50,000.

  • By definition a limited partner (LP) is limited in their exposure to risk. This is not to say that all risk is eliminated as any investment has risk and reward. As an LP you will not be liable for the debt. The main risk is your initial investment but rest assured that our team has a proven track record in mitigating unnecessary risk and protecting investor capital.

  • Our subscription booklet clearly outlines the process for investors to exit early. These investments are designed for long term holds and time is required to deploy capital and execute the business plan.

  • Currently we work with both accredited and non-accredited investors through 506B offerings.
